What We do:

Sit down & go over what you want, & where it's going. We may make recommendations that would allow for better performance such as viewing angle & sun glare.

We will unpack & mount your TV to the wall using your mount or one you purchase from us. Our Mounts are Contractor Grade, so not only are they heavier built & more adaptable to on site conditions, they are less expensive that the store bought alternatives.

In the interest of safety, we will examine your mount before using to see if it is suited to your TV and wall construction type. We will never install a TV on a bracket that we feel is not sturdy enough, or a wall that is not structurally sound enough to securely hold the weight. If this is determined to be the case, we can discuss alternative options or placement.

Install Ivideo & audio cords between your equipment & TV and cover with5' of paintable track.. The wires that come with your equipment can be used but may not provide the best picture & sound. If you have purchased wire, we can use that, otherwise, we do carry the proper wires on the truck for purchase at less than store pricing.

Connect up to 5 video sources (like a HD cable/satellite box, BluRay/DVD player, Wii/Xbox, etc) to your TV.

Make sure that all the settings for that equipment are set to give the fullest picture & sound to the TV.

Show you how to use all your stuff with the new TV. We will even go into the TV menu & label the inputs, turn off the ones you aren't using & label your remotes. We will also email you a worksheet that lists your TV settings in case visitors start playing with the remote settings or the dog sits on the remote.

We will take pictures of the front & back of the equipment & put it in your file so that if you do have a problem, we can usually get you back up & running over the phone. This saves you the price and time of setting up a service call for something simple.

This is for wall mounting that new TV or recently moved TV in it's new home. TV size covered up to 42". If your TV is larger than this, please look at the TV Mounting & Setup - Wire Track Cover (42" and Larger). It's a bit more money, but we send (2) Techs so that we can protect People, Equipment, and small pets etc. All wiring is priced for running directly down to AV equipment below. We can go further, but a ON-SITE Consult is recommended to spec out the project beforehand.

This install includes 5' of paintable wire track.. There is a $30 charge for each 5' run beyond the initial 5'. This type of wire run does not require specially rated IN-WALL/CL2 wires and can also contain your TV's power cord. Also, be aware that concealing the wires in the wall require special cords, an electrical outlet behind the TV mounting location, and a proper bracket. All these things are not included in the price.
